I finally feel like my daughters room has some structure and routine. The staff seem to be happy and staying on, which is a massive improvement from before. I use to be concerned with staff turn over, but ever since Sue has come on, there has been a lot more reliability.

I absolutely love the centre but the hourly charges really are on the high side, which is not easy. I do not want health care workers to earn less and I understand that the exact things I love about the centre do come at a cost, I just wish the government would help more in funding it. As it stand we pay close to $100 a day out of pocket.

Spent time with our daughter as she adjusted to childcare routine as 12 mo old. Evident our daughter has formed positive relationships with educators who really care about her wellbeing. Good communication from centre, good food.

Our daughter has been attending the centre for nearly 3 months and the staff in her room have been very supportive in helping her settle in and she now enjoys going along to childcare and talks about her day. The communication about what she has done for the day is great via the app but also talking to the educators when I drop her off and pick her up. The staff in her room are so positive and caring.
